A few days ago I was in Delray Beach for the St. Patrick's Day Parade and as I was parking some old dude cut me off on his moped. At first I was annoyed but then I spotted a freaking PARROT on his moped. The only thing crazier than this guy riding out with his parrot is how calm the parrot was.
After I parked, I was making my way down Atlantic Avenue and wouldn't you know this guy was hanging outside a bar with his giant red parrot! They both seemed super comfortable hanging in the crowd and something tells me these two are regulars. If you know who this guy or his parrot is, comment below!
