Boylston Street in Boston Blocked Off One Year After the Boston Marathon Attacks Because of Suspicious Activity and Unattended Bags

The story is still coming together as police have taken one man into custody on the anniversary of the Boston Marathon attacks after two unattended back packs were found.

The end of Boylston Street has been blocked off since about 7 PM when it was noticed and a bomb squad was called to inspect the bags.

The man was said to be appearing "not of sound mind" (Fox News) as he was trudging towards the finish line of the Boston Marathon barefoot, wearing a dress and black veil and a massive black back pack yelling, "Boston Strong,"

Someone caught in on video, WATCH it here.
