All this cold weather has made ya girl feel like cooking. But mostly because I don't want to leave my house #brr
I had some Pillsbury biscuits and crescent rolls I had to use (thank you very much, New Years resolution) so I poked around on Pinterest and then came up with some ideas on my own!
Behold, KT Minizazas and PB Dark Chocolate Crescent Rolls
The mini pizzas are easy. Take a can of those flaky biscuits, place them on a cookie sheet, top with the following and bake for about 20 minutes (or until they are to your liking). Clearly I was just winging it with stuff I already had so if there are different topping you'd prefer, do it to it.
Can of flaky biscuits
Can of diced tomato (I did basil and oregano, salt-free)
Shredded cheese, whatever kind you like
I made cheese pizzas with just tomato, cheese and basil. The sausage ones were tomato, cheese and sausage (diced).
Word has it they taste like bagel bites :)
Next up, PB Dark Chocolate Crescent Rolls.
These are even easier.
Can of crescent rolls
Dark chocolate chips
Grab a can of c-rolls, unroll them into triangles. Smear PB on them and then place dark chocolate chips on the peanut butter. Roll them in the signature crescent shape. Bake for about 7-9 minutes (or until golden brown).
