Justin Bieber gets called to the carpet on a few things lately but the one thing that seems to consistantly affect his fans is being late to concerts.  He was a guest host for Jingle Ball in Miami last December and was 45 minutes to an hour late.  Then, he showed up 2 hours late in the above video making for some pissed off fans!  That's what I call NG = Not good.
