Have you ever been to a full service restaurant that doesn't need you to leave a tip? Well, now there is at Sushi Yasuda in New York City! Supposedly the food is excellent as is the service, but they have banned tipping. Instead of relying on tips, all the servers are on salary with paid vacation and sick leave. They say the goal is to enhance the restaurant experience for the customers. "The diner doesn't have to think about how much to leave and make calculations after a contemplative and special meal", explains the co-founder Scott Rosenberg. Though you will probably pay a bit more to compensate for this ban on tipping. Would you still eat there or more importantly, would you be willing to work there? Leave a comment below!
