It's that time of year again when I get to fully let myself geek out without fear of ridicule and judgement and I couldn't be more excited. It's Comic-Con time tricks!!!

Tomorrow I will be heading out to San Diego in order to attend San Diego Comic-Con 2012 and it'll be my second time out there. My feelings on the con this year are a bit different from the first time I went back in 2010. The first time I was nervous about what to expect and if I would even enjoy being surrounded by so many different types of geeks. It turns out that being in that atmosphere was actually pretty great! I made new friends, I got to make Joss Whedon cuss and laugh at me, and I got to witness the final Smallville panel. It was a very happy and fun time.

Now this year I'm going back more for the friendship reunions more than anything. I mean don't get me wrong, I am definitely excited for the Breaking Bad and Man Of Steel panels, but I find that I'm anxious to reconnect with a lot of people who I met back in 2010 who I haven't seen for years. Comic-Con is almost has a family reunion sort of vibe for me this year which I find to be very interesting and unexpected. Frankly me having these types of feelings is very odd. It's possible that I've been possessed by a ghost or something.

Anyway...I need to go pack, get my life together, and decide which comics I need to bring out there. Yay for Comic-Con!!!!
