My sister rules.  She enlightened me with a Paula Deen gem...CORN SALSA DIP.  Omg, I think I ate my weight in this on Christmas.  It's super easy too.  Spicy & sweet, yum yum yum with corn chips.  Get up on this!!

2 cans of corn, drained

4 oz. diced chiles

4 oz. jalapenos, drained

1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing dry mix

1/2 cup mayo (make it light or fat-free if you'd like)

1 cup fancy shredded cheddar

1 cup sour cream

Mixed that ish today and VOILA
