Alex Rodriguez just sold his 20,000 square-foot mansion in miami for 20 million dollars, half of which is for pure profit. A-Rod bought the home back in 2010 for $7.4 million and then spent another $7.6M for rennovations.

The waterfront home includes 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a zen garden, a vanishing edge pool, and two boat docks.
