Rihanna has inked a  deal with MAC Cosmetics.  On Wednesday, which also happened to be her 25th  brithday, she announced on Twitter that she'll be launching a series of  collections with the beauty company.

She tells Women's Wear Daily that teaming up with MAC was a  "no-brainer" and that she's excited to work with the brand that's been her  personal go-to for years. 

The first product set to come out will be a red lipstick called "RiRi  Woo."  It will become available at a pop-up shop on May 4th, when Rihanna  brings her tour to Brooklyn's Barclays Center. 

A summer, fall and holiday collection will follow "RiRi Woo" through  the rest of 2013.  The holiday collection will be the most extensive,  including a line of makeup bags, nail polishes and more.

The partnership is a big step for MAC.  It's the first time the  company has inked a multi-collection deal with a celebrity outside of its "Viva  Glam" project.
