Authorities in the UK still haven't identified the caped vigilante who  dressed up like Batman and brought in a fraud suspect.  This version of the  Dark Knight looks a little less fit in police security footage, but that didn't  stop him from walking into the station with a wanted man.  The suspect was  booked on fraud and handling stolen goods charges
